Welcome
I am a graduate of the 2004 - 2007 Victoria Feldenkrais Teacher Training and have six years training in Buddhist meditation primarily as an assistant to my mentor and meditation teacher Lama Mark Webber. Each year my teacher Lama Mark leads approximately 5 meditation retreats – within these retreats I was often leading classes daily to deepen relaxation and cultivate mindfulness. I now reside in Gordon Head, Victoria, British Columbia.
Presently I work for Shekinah Homes Society as a Community Support person. As well I have two home based businesses as a website designer and Feldenkrais practitioner.
I have many interests including reading Rumi and Lama Shabkar as well as cooking, biking, photography, web design, making papier mache, listening and walking.
